I was referred to Dr. V by a close friend who had a procedure performed by him. Dr. V and his entire team are kind, professional and incredibly responsive! I had so many questions and concerns (before and after my procedure) but their warmth and care really made me feel I was in good hands. And boy was I! I am 3-months post-op and I couldn't be happier with my results. Dr. V REALLY listened to my goals and delivered exactly what I was hoping for. If you're looking for a doctor to help you execute your vision, Dr. V is the best. I will recommend him and his team endlessly and will be forever grateful for his talent and care.

Dr. Villanueva is the best surgeon! His entire team is amazing. They made me feel so comfortable and prioritized throughout my breast augmentation journey. Which is BRA (Brief Recovery Augmentation). This is my first cosmetic surgery and had the smoothest recovery with minimaI discomfort. I went from 32A to 32C. I wanted fuller breasts that do not look too big on my petite body type. He gave me the exact results. I am 3 months post op and couldn’t be even happier with my results. I had an amazing experience. Best decision ever.

Hi everyone:) so, like many of us, I've wanted to get a breast augmentation since I was a teenager. I'm 27 and finally able to do so.
My main insecurity was asymmetry. My right breast was a whole cup size smaller than my left. I also didn't start off with big boobs to being with. I loved the shape and perkiness of my natural breasts but wanted more fullness and symmetry.
I found Dr. V on Instagram and was immediately in awe of his work. Very tasteful and beautiful results. Not just that, but I could tell he had very great character and that this was his passion. I booked a consultation with him right away! The staff are amazing and Dr. V himself is outstanding. He explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand, provided lots of information, and made me feel confident in my decision with the breast aug and choosing him to be my doctor. Dr. V is such an advocate for his patients and makes it his mission to help you reach your goals, safely! I instantly felt safe with him and I knew I could trust him. So anyone looking for a surgeon whether that's with Dr. V or anyone else, you have to make sure that you can trust this person to take care of you.
After an amazing consultation with Dr. V and meeting his coordinator, Natalie, sometime in the next week or so I booked my surgery.
I don't think at any point I felt anxious or scared. I just felt so much excitement the day of surgery. The days leading up to, it did feel a bit bittersweet because I know my boobs wouldn't look the same ever again. I wasn't getting cold feet but making any major change to your body it's a big deal you know.
The anesthesiologist was great! He put my mind at ease since it was my first time going under. Once I was on the operating table getting prepped I was in high spirits and I just remember laughing and then waking up in recovery lol I'm so thankful that I didn't feel sick or even groggy when I woke up. I was a bit chilly but my nurse was there to help me stay warm. Post op was a breeze and I hardly felt any pain just some mild discomfort. I would do it all over again.

Dr.Villanueva and his team are amazing, Dr.Villanueva made me feel comfortable when I had my B.R.A procedure, i was really nervous since it’s my first cosmetic surgery and I can say I had a really fast recovery with minimal pain. I’m now 4 months post op and I’m doing my regular daily activities, I 100% recommend having surgery with him he’s the best.

I was nervous and questioning whether an abdominoplasty was the right choice for me. When I went in for my consultation with Dr. Villanueva, I immediately felt comfortable and confident in he and his staff. The entire office was very thorough in how they communicated with me, explained things and followed up; before, during and well after my procedure. I went to two other consultations, which assured me that Dr. Villanueva was the Doctor I would want to perform my abdominoplasty. This was a very personal choice for myself and my husband but with Dr. Villanueva there was absolute trust and confidence that he would do an outstanding job. Dr. V has an outstanding bedside manner, carries himself with confidence and humility at the same time and provides stellar care and instructions. I am 7 months post op and very happy with my results. I have and will continue to highly recommend Dr. Villanueva to others when given the opportunity.

I am quit literally blown away.
I’ve had 2 breast revisions prior to finding Dr. V.
I was mortified from my last revision, I had a capsular contracture and a painful bottoming out, my boobs were huge and uncomfortable and I was so self conscious for a year, hiding them, strapping them down, having to wear a bra every day and night… it was like I was a prisoner in my own body, my shoulders killed me, effecting my lower back. Omg girls it was nuts… I knew I need a revision as soon as I was healed enough to do so… I did so much research on doctors, I live in Arizona and met with a handful of highly reputable doctors and I just never felt the connection or confidence in any of them… my body is sacred to me and after having such a horrible experience with the last doc I was extremely cautious of who I was going to allow in and near me body.. a girlfriend of mine that lives in California had just gotten hers redone and I thought they looked great so I asked her who she went to and she suggested Dr. Villanueva, I set up a phone/video consult and it was literally like my entire body was able to relax, they way he explained everything in detail, answering every little silly question I had in depth, he made sure to really get the picture of what I wanted, his goal is to get me the exact results I’m looking for and he made sure of it. His staff was amazing, even being from out of state I was able to communicate with him and his staff as much as I needed ( I’m a little ocd and cray cray when it comes to my body) and they were so helpful and there for me and explained everything multiple times for me… I can’t express how amazing I felt going into this. From the day of surgery I was calm, relaxed, felt at ease. I highly recommend Dr. V.
And get this I’m only on day 2 you guys!!!!
Day one I was fine!! I even took my mom out for dinner. I was barely in any pain. Crazy right ?!
Woke up today, tender obviously, but It feels like I just did a hard workout, nothing crazy.
I can move around easily, also I went from a 675cx down to a 415cc which is what I was wanting to do and I feel like a huge weight (literally) has been lifted off my chest and shoulders, I’m brought to tears typing this out even because I know my life is just going to get better from here on… I have so much appreciation for Dr. V and his entire team. Highly highly highly recommend.

I still feel 1000x better than I did before my revision surgery but I’m still needing another surgery



My breast are still bottomed out and I can see/feel galaflex …
I feel a lot better having smaller implants
But still not comfortable enough to be intimate with anyone
I can’t wait to just figure this out
It seems like fixing a bottomed out breast is pretty hard

Dr. Villanueva is the best plastic surgeon! I have to say from my initial consult to my last follow up appointment, he has been so attentive, caring and kind. I mean what doctor gives you their number to call no matter what time with your concerns! My procedure was done in rancho mirage and I think that is their secondary office but he facetimed me and made me feel comfortable incase something happened. I would recommend him to everyone I know who is looking to have a procedure done. I had the Atlantis/BBL and my results exceeded my expectations and has brought a confidence I have never had before. I am extremely satisfied with my care and results. I

From the first consultation to each follow up appointment, Dr Villanueva made me feel like I was his only patient. I was so nervous because his BRA procedure is only surgery of my adult life, but every one was so amazing! Dr. V was kind, patient, and answered all of my millions of questions. He took 2 hours with me at the consultation and even made me laugh in the OR before I fell asleep.
The BRA (Brief Recovery Augmentation) procedure is exactly what he said it was going to be. My surgery was on a Friday morning, I was home in time for lunch. I was up and around on Saturday and Sunday, and back to work on Monday. There was very little discomfort and disruption to my routine, and I got my surgery in December. I was able to keep up with work and the hustle bustle of the holiday season.
I truly couldn't have asked for a better doctor or procedure! My experience with him and his staff far exceeded my expectations, and I'm so grateful that I found them.
