How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Breast Surgery Timeline
Just adding to this as I wanted to share a timeline of my breast surgery journey, in the hope that it might be helpful to someone going through something similar, or even just doing a bit of research.
Photo timeline:
Photo 1 – Post-op from my most recent surgery (March 2025)
Photo 2 – The last photo I took before my revision surgery (also March 2025), taken at the hospital with pre-op markings
Photo 3 – Pre-augmentation (2014) – not the best quality, as it’s an older photo and I don’t have many from that time
Photos 4 & 5 – Around two months after my first augmentation (October 2014)
Photo 6 – Wearing a bra, showing how high the implants sat – they were quite elevated, which gave a noticeably unnatural look
I had very little natural breast tissue to begin with, so I was genuinely happy just to have some shape after my first augmentation. But over time, I felt the implants looked overly full in the upper pole and gave me a more obviously “augmented” appearance than I was comfortable with. I often found myself dressing to downplay the shape or going without a bra to soften the look.
I also had Allergan Natrelle Inspira textured implants, which were later recalled. That, combined with my desire for a more natural result, made me feel ready for revision surgery, both for aesthetic reasons and peace of mind.

Implant Exchange After 10 Years
After noticing some changes over time, I decided to have my breast implants exchanged, and I’m thrilled with how everything turned out.
This was my second time having breast surgery (my first implants were done just over 10 years ago by a different surgeon). I’d already had a tummy tuck revision with Russell and had such a positive experience that I didn’t hesitate to go back to him for this.
From consultation through to aftercare, Russell was brilliant. He really listens, takes time to understand your concerns, and explains everything clearly so you feel informed and confident in your decisions.
For this surgery, I knew I wanted to change from a high profile to a moderate profile, and also switch the implant pocket. Russell was completely supportive of what I was aiming to achieve.
The surgery itself went smoothly, and recovery was better than I expected. The hospital ward and theatre staff were absolutely lovely and so supportive. I think they were more excited than I was to see my results, both my breasts and tummy. I felt genuinely cared for throughout. Overall, I’m honestly so pleased with how everything looks and feels now.
If you’re considering breast surgery or a revision, I’d 100% recommend Russell. He’s highly skilled and genuinely cares about achieving the best result for you. I’d trust him with any future procedures without hesitation. Thank you so much! <3
