    43yr old lady presented s/p gastric sleeve and near 200 pound weight loss. So far at the first surgical setting she underwent; LBL with auto-augmentation of the buttocks and hips, brachioplasty with an extended J-component for loose mid to upper lateral back skin and extensive liposuction of the thighs and calves. Second stage will include aug/lift and thigh lift.
