Male, 1 month into recovery from 360 body lift, Vaser liposuction & Renuvion

I am a man who is only one month into my recovery from a 360 body lift (tummy tuck, circumferential body lift) with Vaser liposuction (including Renuvion). I already look more like most people do 3-4+ months out. The entire process has been outstanding, from start to finish, and now into the 1+ month post-recovery phase.

The Neinstein PS office and Dr. Chris + Nurse Chloe take a great deal of time to make sure that patients are listened to, treated like family, and taken care of at all stages of the surgical process. I can't stress how important this is. The hotel recovery overnight with Nurse Deanna from Radiant Wellness is a must! And so are lymphatic drainage massages with Lais or whomever you choose who is top notch. If you follow the treatment and recovery plan exactly and take good care of yourself (and don't try to do too much too soon), you're very likely to have an outstanding outcome.

Techniques and skills: Dr. Chris is off the charts, grand slam here. His work speaks for itself, and he is such a nice person who genuinely cares about people and their wellbeing. I did NOT want a fake, drawn-on/plastic abs look. Some surgeons who operate on men create these weird looking non-functional androids. I had extra loose skin from losing weight over a period of years, and unsightly scars and bulges from previous surgeries for cancer and other non-cosmetic issues. I look the best I've ever looked in my life now thanks to Dr Chris, and I look like I've always been a lean, hot guy. Haha. None of that bizarre fake looking stuff I've seen on so many male patients. The long/lean elegant and natural V shape look for men is the way to go. Happy to share pics with anyone via message and happy to share further details with anyone.

Here’s some before and afters. I waited a year. I heal fairly well, and the scar that goes all the way around the body is very well healed. I did NOT do BBL or thigh lift - but now I kinda wish I had. Haha. But some squats will probably help. The 360 lift helped a TON, especially on the abs. I’ve not changed my gym or diet since then, and I have “outer abs” and a totally flat stomach for the first time in my life. I was the patient he spoke about on his insta who had multiple cancers (that’s where you see weird abdomen scars before!) and lots of weight gain and loss (rapid onset of stretch marks and then “deflated butt” and lumpy abs look. I am SO HAPPY with my results. We go to beaches all the time. And he does the scars so low that you can’t see them much even in really “Europe cut” bikini briefs and speedos.
