Breast Implant Asymmetry

This patient had Saline Breast Implants placed in the submuscular position by another surgeon. The patient was concerned with the width of her central space and descent of the left implant. The breast implants were changed to Silicone breast implants and an internal pocket modification was performed to narrow the central space and correct the left breast implant descent.
