    This 39 year-old mother of two was a bra size 34 G and suffered from neck, back, and shoulder pain as well as rashes beneath her breasts. An inferior-pedicle breast reduction was performed. About 500 grams was removed from each breast. Her symptoms resolved, and she was pleased with her postoperative results. The postoperative pictures were taken 11 months after her surgery.
