I didn’t think I needed a peel as I have pretty good skin but this was just amazing. It was an easy process, no pain just a warmth during the treatment. I would love to start off by saying Dr.Bernacki has the most encouraging, kind attitude. He is willing to help you with anything you may feel insecure about and tell you the positives of how any operation you get can and will change your life for the better. Dr. Bernacki was terrific! Knowledgeable, sensitive, informative… I immediately felt at ease and felt confident in my receiving expert medical care. Staff was great, too in every aspect imaginable. After my procedure I walked away, very impressed with the the overall experience. I will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend!

I have always had large breasts, but I started to exhibit issues a few years ago, when I developed upper back pain and neck pain, along with migraines. I sought the treatment of a chiropractor which helped, but did not cure the problem at the source. I decided to look into insurance coverage for a breast reduction. I was referred to Dr. Bernacki by a co worker who had a breast reduction a few years back. My initial consult with Dr. Bernacki’s office went well enough, but my insurance at the time denied the authorization, and when I tried to communicate with the office about appealing the denial, I could not get assistance or a response. I then decided to continue my chiropractic treatments to alleviate my pain and discomfort. When I obtained a new insurance company, I tried to find another provider who accepts insurance but I was unsuccessful. I then went back to Dr. Bernacki’s office, who submitted the auth request along with supporting documentation I requested from my pcp and chiropractor. The auth was approved. I scheduled the surgery for September 25th. I had to keep calling and emailing the office to get any type of information. I will say that this office is better suited for people who are self pay, and don’t require any type of pleasantries or bedside manner in the office staff. You will NOT get that type of treatment here. Dr. Bernacki seemed genuine and kind, his medical assistant was also kind, but new. The rest of the staff could care less of you stay or go, you will have no call to see if you are okay after surgery from the office, only the follow up visits. Keep in mind that even when you discuss issues, or concerns at your appointment, they do not document that information in the medical record. Overall I am pretty happy with the surgeon. My back pain is gone. If I had to do it all over again, I would have gone somewhere else for a better overall experience.

Being a small busted woman all my life, I had always wanted a breast augmentation. I decided to have this done after I was finished having kids. Very nervous to say the least, Dr. Bernacki put my mind at ease. During the initial consultation, Dr. Bernacki listened and answered all of my questions. I didn't know exactly what size implants to choose, but Dr. Bernacki took measurements and ultimately we choose 350 cc's. I chose Dr. Bernacki for several reasons: 1) he is amazing at what he does, 2) his bedside manner is awesome and 3) he is someone that I trusted would give me the best results! I am so pleased with my results that I have recommended Dr. Bernacki to a lot of my friends, not only for breast augmentations, but other procedures as well. I give Dr. Bernacki five stars. He is humble, skilled surgeon who values the input of his patients and delivers results. I am a 5'1 foot 40+ year old who came to Dr. Bernacki for a second breast reduction. The results produced less nerve damage, scarring and more uniformity than the first reduction. I was worried about losing a nipple as is often a possibility in repeats and also worried about scarring and balance. I had the procedure performed more than two years ago and am still grateful for his skill and the results. I cannot recommend anyone more highly than Dr. Walt Bernacki, who is a humble and talented surgeon and quality individual. Easy to talk to, personable and professional. Completely confident in his care.

I am 25 with three kids and I am a 38 DD I have been big breasted all my life and it drives me nuts, I have so much back pain, neck and headache. I am scheduled for my surgery on the 28th of this month a 7:30a I am so nervous but excited to get rid of these sand bags. I is everyone that is goin through with it the best of luck and recovery.Updated on 6 Apr 2013:I had my surgery last Thursday went in scared but I don't even remember going into the surgery room. Well i was in there for three hours went home an hour later, here I am today doing fine a little pain here and there but overall I can't wait until the swelling goes down to see the permanent size. It was worth it. :) A follow up appt this tuesday so I will update again.Updated on 10 Apr 2013:Went to the docs yesterday everything is healing fine but still a little tender and but so far so good. Next visit is in six months!

I was very concerned about whether or not I would have the sensation something foreign was "in" my face (had deep marionette lines done). Glad to say, only after 24 hrs. I have no sensation that there is anything there. Still swollen, but a major difference in just 24 hrs. Went out to lunch and felt not too conspicuous after using mineral makeup to conceal. Had 2 shots of pain meds before the Radiesse was injected. Was left to numb for 10 mins, then the Radiesse was injected. Feel cold going in, no pain at all. Got a quick weird "deep ache" when injected, but Dr. said that was normal and would quickly subside, which it did. Go back in in one week for any necessary tweaks. Dr. saved small amount of both syringes for this purpose. Said it keeps for 2 weeks. Now I just have to be patient....and hope there is noticeable improvement.

He was nice, but the only time I seen doctor B was the day of my consultation when he took pictures to submit to my insurance company. The next time I seen him was minutes before they rolled me into surgery. He came in to make an "X" above my belly button and another below while I laid on the cart. I felt like I was being rushed through an assembly line. Post-op surgery I was shocked to see "dog ears" and an incision line so high I started crying. I was told he should have drawn markings of his intentions directly on my abdomen as he explained the plan for my TT to me (prior to the day of surgery). I voiced my concerns right away and at each follow up visit after. He told me to give it a while to heal and allow the swelling to go down. I was nervous and upset but very very patient. When the result of waiting was unsuccessful, he told me to lose 10 more pounds (which would put me at a weight of about 145 #). I lost the 10 or 12 more pounds as he instructed still with no real significant improvement. He finally admitted that I would in fact need a revision. He said he could correct the problem for another $5,000. I am so hurt! I'm still unable to wear a 2 piece because of the dog ears and the high incision scar. However, that's the least of my worries. I Struggle daily getting ready for work. I can only wear dresses, skirts and tops that hang loose or have a high waist with a flare, otherwise the dog ears bulge out through my clothes. I also have difficulty finding pants/shorts that camouflage or hide them. I lost over 70 pounds 7 years ago and I've worked hard to keep it off. I eat right and my children and I live an active lifestyle after years of being overweight. $10,000 later im back to wearing a girdle everyday of my life to hide the results of my tummy tuck. Approximately $6,000 of that was my own out of pocket cost that I sacrificed to save a little at a time for years...yes years! I have no idea when I'll be able to come up with the money to have it corrected. I would recommend you take your swim suit with you to your first visit and on the day you have surgery. I would also recommend you have your surgeon mark exactly where he'll cut and where the incision will fall the first day you meet him. I'd also ask what happens if you'd need a revision and if there is a charge for the correction.
