So I have been looking at this site over the past few weeks since I decided to seriously look into a BA. I wanted to write a little about my journey and upload some pictures so you all know I'm a real person :D. So I'm a 32B/34B/32C, depending on shop. Whilst I'm not severely unhappy with my boobs, and their ...
Hello!I'm currently scheduled to have a breast augmentation on March 31st 2016. My pre op appointment is scheduled for March 4th and I'm a little nervous due to the fact that my plastic surgeon and I are going to be picking the size of my implants. I am 21 years old with a petite body. I am about 5'1 and weig...

I had an implant exchange done in December of 2021. I am now currently 5 months post op. My breasts look phenomenal and so much better than my first 2 sets. Dr Robert Hunsaker is the Boob God. He is very understanding, listens to all of your questions & answers honestly. Such a nice guy and I would recomm...
Thank for your question, No, you likely won't be disappointed; your surgeon is simply accustomed to patients who prefer a larger, high-projection look. Since you are petite with minimal tissue and want a natural slope that sits comfortably under a hoodie without creating a "tent" effect, trusting your instinct and going with the 285cc low-plus profile is the best way to achieve the understated, breastfed inspired shape you actually want. +2 answersHi there, For a natural B cup with a little upper fullness, I'd lean toward smooth round implants. Both of your surgeons are giving reasonable advice, so this isn't a case of one being wrong. A few things worth knowing. Round silicone implants settle with gravity when you stand up, so under the muscle they take on a sloped, natural shape on their own. Teardrop implants are built to keep the top flatter, which works a bit against the upper fullness you want. Teardrops also have to be textured...
+3 answersHi there, For a 4'11" frame with an 11.5 to 12 cm base width, a roughly 205cc Motiva Demi in a Preserve-style approach is a very reasonable starting point for a natural full look. Width matching matters more than chasing a bigger number. Too much projection on a narrow chest is what starts to look "stuck on," not the modest volume itself. I love the fact you had 3-d imaging done! If you are happy with those pics that is a great place to start All the best!
