I had a deep plane neck and facelift, endoscopic brow lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, lip lift and fat transfer with Dr. Valdez in October 2025. The entire process, from my video conference call to the surgery and post operative care far exceeded my expectations. I am 64 years old, and was unhappy with how my face and neck were aging. Every time I looked in the mirror, or saw photos of myself, I cringed. Dr. Valdez took his time analyzing my features, asked me what results I was hoping to achieve, and then recommended the above surgery. I felt very safe and taken care of. His entire team of office staff, nurses and anesthesiologist were incredibly kind and caring, not to mention true professionals. My procedures were split into 2 separate surgeries, one week apart. The hospital and the surgical suite was state of the art. I traveled from the United States to Cancun, and my recovery team, through My Medical Vacations, were wonderful. They made sure that every detail, from transportation to accommodations, was handled. Dr. Valdez and his team truly go above and beyond. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a renewed version of themselves. It's only been 3 months and I feel and look like I did 15 years ago. The results are very natural, my scars are hidden in my hairline and barely noticeable. I am beyond happy!

First of all, I want to start by thanking Dr. Valdez and all his staff for the excellent service, so warm and dedicated to their patients, making you feel calm and confident in the process. My experience has been wonderful; from the first time in 2023 to this second time in 2026, I have been left with a great impression because of the results, the quality they provide, and above all, because they really helped me fit it into my schedule. Regarding my process, from the beginning they were first concerned with ensuring I was in optimal condition to undergo my procedure. Dr. Valdez helped me with all my questions. I love that they also make sure your companion is kept informed of every detail of the process. My husband was continuously updated on which part of the process I was in, and as soon as I came out of surgery in the afternoon they informed him. Both the doctor and the anesthesiologist came to see me in the afternoon to make sure I was doing well; you really feel well taken care of. The hospital, which I also think is very important to mention, is one of the best in Cancun actually, they provide quality service and the nurses are always helping you. Honestly, I love the work that Dr. Valdez does. I have nothing but positive things to say about him, which is why I came back. I have recommended him (by the way, several of my friends have already gone to see him). I highly recommend Dr. Valdez; believe me, he is the best option in Cancún, and I dare to say in all of Mexico.

When he does this specific procedure (rhinoplasty) he makes sure that your new nose will fit with the rest of your face so it looks balanced. Dr. Valdez was amazing! He addressed all my concerns and made sure I had realistic expectations. The entire process from the first consultation to my flight home was as stress free as could be. All doctors appointments, surgery times, transportation, blood work etc, and medicines were taken care of, I just had to show up. Dr. Valdez and all his staff are kind, professional, and genuinely caring people. They work in world class facilities, in fact it was the hospital room I stayed overnight in was nicer than any hospital room I stayed at in the USA or Canada. The end results are absolutely fabulous. I am about 4 months post surgery and have no visible scarring except under my chin, which is continuing to heal and fade. People who haven't seen me for a while keep asking which skin care products I use because I look so refreshed. I still look like me just a younger, fresher, well rested version of me. I would definitely recommend Dr. Valdez without hesitation!!

Dr Valdez performed a deep plane facelift on me in June 2025. I have nothing but positive feedback. Prior to arrival Dr. Valdez answered all my questions and face timed me personally a couple times to talk through my procedure. Pre op was incredible. I was went through extensive testing (blood tests, xrays, EKG, you name it) all to ensure I was healthy enough for the surgery and to make sure he was aware of my health in general. I was met at the airport and provided private transfers, he contracted team of RN's that took care of all my needs. They picked me up at my condo and took me to all my appointments, they visited me every day to make sure all was OK, they answered any questions I on medications, they even came and washed my hair post op. Seriously, I've never been taken care of so much. The nurses were very knowledgeable, spoke excellent English...I can't say enough. Dr Valdez is very skilled, my facelift is amazing! People really don't even notice I've had surgery because I look the same, only younger. If someone sees me they usually comment on how I never age lol. I have never met a surgeon who cares as much about you as he does for you. I had a fair amount of anxiety before I met with him personally but after my first in person meeting, I felt confident I was in the best care. I overnighted in the Ameri med hospital and also can't say enough about the experience. I had a private nurse stay the entire night with me. I was never alone and my every need met personally and immediately. I had a very positive experience and outcome. I highly recommend Dr. Valdez to anyone.
