I had upper and lower bleph, brow lift and facial fat transfer from Dr. Cho. I am 2 weeks post op and am very happy with the results! He fixed exactly what my pain points were! Would very much recommend!
I’ve had an extended facelift with Dr Cho a week ago and I am really happy. My scars already look good and I’ve even had a work zoom conference today. I look very decent for such an early stage. I’ve researched a lot and saw a lot of pictures and I’m impressed by Dr Cho’s work quality and ethics! Dr Cho is a real artist. Updated on 10 Sep 2024: Unfortunately, it seems that this place treats well only clients who are paying a lot of money at the moment. Once there is no prospective of another expensive procedure, one is treated with disrespect. I have been a client for more than a year and spent more than 20 000 dollars at this place and still I’m somehow a ‘second class’ client whose appointments are being canceled at the last minute. I tried to get a response from Dr Cho through his team but i did not get any answer to my emails. Maybe his employees hide things from him but it then raises the issue of lack of organization. I was undergoing the laser scar therapy and was going to the office almost every month. Twice my appointments were rescheduled the same day but I was always an “understanding’ client. However, last week my appointment was canceled 15 minutes before the start when I was driving to the office a it was done in several steps: - first, the aesthetician called me and asked me to move the appointment from 2 pm to 3-45; I accepted; - then the appointment was moved from 3-45 to 4-15 by simply sending me a text; - then, when I was already driving and 15 minutes away, a person from the office called me and said that the aesthetician is not able to come on Thursday and suggested another day. It was implied that Dr Cho told the esthetician to work with other clients in a different office (Maybe doing more important or expensive procedures). I work and live almost 1 hour away from the office. But even without that, I don’t understand why the office requests 24 hours advance notice from the clients but they allow themselves to cancel on the clients at the last minute. Dr Cho is a talented doctor but I am not sure the talent allows anybody to treat clients with disrespect, be it a lack of organization or some sort of discrimination between clients.
I am 56, and weighed 178 lbs the day of surgery, I had developed very large heavy hanging breast that were affecting my back and shoulder, there was no containing them even with a bra, they would hang out and looked like I was a very old lady. I also had a breast reduction with lift when I was 23 and these babies just keep growing back especially if I gained weight. So I decided to have Dr. CHO perform my second breast reduction and lift and bonus of fat transfer from abs due to my chest on top was flat. I knew this was not going to be an easy surgery, so I am on day 5, and I want to share my journey. I will update as the time progresses. Day 1 July 26, 2022, Surgery day: Brutal until the pain meds kicked in. Day 2: Kept meds in my system and was able to go to doctor's office for check in, took a sponge bath. Day 3: Showered and slept all day and night, kept the meds on schedule with alarm, I am keeping my bra and waist trainer with the foam on all day and night, let's just say, super uncomfortable but a necessary step. Day 4: Got up, took shower, change all clothes, readjusted bra, waist trainer etc. and decided I was going to get off the pain meds. HUGE mistake, day 4 was not a good day. My drain came out, and I was in pain and agitated. Suffered all day long and finally got my drain inserted and back online and started back on my pain meds and felt better. Day 5: Showered, changed all garments, back on schedule with pain meds and I will start posting pictures of my recovery from today. I feel swollen, lots of fluid still, stiff and in bed typing this review. I have only one drain, and I am on: Tramadol 50 mg for pain, Celebrex 200 mg 2 times a day for inflammation, Gabapentin 300 mg 2 times a day for nerve pain, with an antibiotic, and I have another pain med too, that I have not taken. Day 5 way better than day 1, I go back to doctor on day 7 for Balance Pro treatment for the lipo fluid and day 9 for hopefully drain removal. The pictures are after, and I will post the before once I get them from the doctor. Lots of swollen tissue and bruising. Updated on 18 Jan 2023: The breasts are all healed up, but swelling from the lipo is still swollen. The lipo was the worst part, it was brutal. It will take another 3 months for all the swelling to go down. Lipo is not for sissies. I'm still wearing my binder every night. I have started back exercising with no complaints.

Dr. Cho is nothing short of an artist with fillers. My face looked so much younger after he injected my tear troughs, cheeks, and nasolabial folds. He was also very patient in answering my questions in a way that was easy to understand, and I never felt rushed. The patient coordinator was great too. It was a 5 star experience!

A year ago this past December, Dr Cho completed Bodytite on my stomach and back. He is so caring and understanding, and addressed all my concerns during the consultation and after the surgery. Everyone in the office is very helpful and will go the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction. Sue Grisham was my surgery coordinator and was always quick to respond to my questions and concerns. She helped me through post op, and all the changes my body was going through. Dr.Cho is the most talented surgeon and his vision was more than I hoped for! I signed up for the monthly maintenance membership after completing a series of Emsculpt to build my core muscles. This has allowed me to maintain and perfect my amazing results. Sandy Avendano is the awesome medical aesthetician working with me on my monthly maintenance. She is so helpful and truly cares that I am happy with my results. I waited a year to post my review because I wanted to ensure that the changes were permanent and that I would be able to maintain the amazing changes to my body. Dr Cho and his staff have given me my self confidence back and I’m forever thankful! I feel so welcome every time I walk into their office. Since being a patient and signing up for the monthly membership, Forever Fit, I am eligible for discounts on additional procedures. I will definitely be returning to Dr.Cho and his staff to help me feel even healthier and more beautiful! Updated on 4 May 2021: Here are the photos from the front…before and after one year later. My skin’s elasticity really came back. I also take collagen and biotin daily, and use a retinol body lotion. I am 60 years old and feel so much better!
I had Micro Needling for scar areas. Micro needling is a procedure where you numb up for 40 to 45 minutes. Tiny little needles are put into your skin area of concern 3 different times at 3 different depths into your skin on the problem area. You can do micro needling by itself or you can SUPER SPEED your results by letting them take your blood before you begin and they call it PRP (google it). All the great benefits of your blood basically are applied to all the tiny openings from the needle holes that are made during the treatment. It helps stimulate your collagen and stimulate new growth basically of your skin therefore making your scars disappear. I'm trying to break it down in layman terms to easily understand. If you have any areas of scars on your body anyplace I recommend this as your treatment. It breaks up your scar tissue and I also recommend tiny massage circular motion for the next 3 days afterward at home when your sitting watching a movie for example. Do not use hot water on the area or tan or work out and break a sweat for the first 24 hours. That's it! That's all it takes. You will need 3 sessions to achieve your desired results! Lastly but CERTAINLY NOT LEAST!!! Ask for esthetician SANDY. Sandy will make you feel comfortable. She used a heated blanket over me during the treatment and made sure my head was comfortable with 2 pillows. She asked if I was doing ok thru out the treatment. Sandy has an upbeat personality and listens to any concerns you may have and answers them. Some people have the gift of making you feel very comfortable. That is Sandy. If you have areas that bother you and you don't want a Laser treatment please try micro Channeling aka micro needling. My reviews are always 100 percent unfiltered. They come straight from the heart and you will know exactly what I am saying when you do your treatment. Dr. Cho 's office is conveniently located off hwy I 45. There are short cuts depending on where you live. 99 toll is super fast. If you have any questions I'm always willing to answer them. Another plus is Dr. Cho's wife has a dermatology practice in the very same office.
I tried Emsculpt and love my results!! I did Emscupt on my bum area for a more lifted backside. You lay comfortably for under half an hour on your stomach and Velcro straps are applied under your tummy area and hold the Emscupt piece in place on your bum to do it's magic. You will feel a vibrating sensation that increases as you go. It's not painful just an intense vibration. The benefits are that of doing 30,000 squats in 1 single session. It's GENIUS! I would say to see optimal results you want to do 4 sessions. I saw a difference after 1 session. The difference increased as I went. By my 4th visit, I had a nice round plumper looking bum. Dr. Cho has a program now whereby once you complete your sessions you can sign up to receive one a month for touch up at a very handsome price. It will come out of whatever account you wish. That way you can maintain results and is very affordable. If you have a special occasion you need to be fitter for this is the answer. If you want to be a little more sexier in your bikini on vacation this is your answer. If you want to enhance what you already have year round this is your answer. Emsculpt can be used on any part of your body virtually. The stomach area is another area people enjoy the results of. You can also do your arms. This procedure is for Women or men. Anyone can benefit from this machine. You will love your results. Updated on 27 Jan 2021: You can maintain your beautiful results of your emscupt treatment. I recommend doing some back leg lifts at home squeezing your bum area as you lift or use an Eliptical at least a few times a week for optimal results. If you really want to maintain those results from your emscuplt sessions then do a touch up session once every couple of months. You can buy emscuplt treatments in packages and have your best possible pricing.
I just completed my 4th Morpheus treatment to help tighten my skin on my stomach area. I use to own a tanning salon and I tanned a lot. I love to be a nice bronze color. I did not realize what the effects of being a sun lover would be. I began to investigate what methods I could use to help repair my skin. When I was told Morpheus was a great tool to help I wanted to give it a try. To explain, Morpheus is a system which uses tiny micro needles over the surface of your problem area at 3 different levels. First they go in deeper, the 2nd round they go in medium, and the 3rd time they go in more close to the surface. The idea is to completely "wake up" or disturb the layers underneath your skin to make them wake up and reproduce collagen so that your skin has all the mimicking it had way before all the sun damage. I had numbing done before the procedure so that I would not feel a thing. I was a skeptic at first but I have to tell you that I am proof this technique works and works fantastically. I had 4 treatments spaced out 6 weeks apart. To top off the results they took my blood each time and did a prp treatment to increase the benefits. To explain prp it too Is like waking up your skin even more. They take your blood and spin it down and all the good stuff that is spun is applied over your skin area you have treated (mine being the stomach). It is spread over all the tiny micro needle holes they have made. I have noticed my skin is more vibrant and it has a lot more bounce back to it. It looks more plump and healthy. The process was described to me as turning the clock way way back to teenage skin. Reversing the sun damage. I am happy with my results and I will share this experience with all my friends and with you. I even let Sandy the lady who performed my procedure video some of my experiences at each session. Sandy is a wonderful esthetician who works for Dr. Cho. She has a very nice approach with the clients. She is very friendly and informative at every step of the way. You will also take photos so you can see the proof for yourself. Nothing is rushed and everything is done very professional and with accuracy. You will feel at home. I will be having this identical treatment done on other parts of my body since I know for a fact that Morpheus works with 100 percent certainty. Updated on 16 Mar 2021: Morpheous did a great job of tightening the skin area on my stomach. I don't want to say it made my skin fluffier for a lack of a better word but it's seems like the skin is a lot more resilient and has strength to it. When I bend over I definitely see a big difference. The skin stays exactly in its place. It looks very healthy and hydrated. Those are my best words to describe the results. I think morpheous must wake up the skin near the surface or the cells of the skin. It's like it helps regenerate and pep it up. Hope that answers your questions. Updated on 16 Mar 2021: As per requested I added an update on my treatment. I can tell you that I have noticed the skin area on my stomach is a lot more resilient and has more fluff to it for a lack of better words. Fluff not as in fat but fluff in a good way. I hope I'm describing that so you understand. It looks as if the skin cells have been awakened and I definitely notice a difference when I bend at the waist forward. The skin stays exactly where it was. It appears youthful and hydrated. I want to note once again I was numbed up before the treatment which I recommend to anyone. I also take vitamins such as vitamin E. I also recommend drinking plenty of water while healing your first couple of weeks after the treatment. You can do this treatment on pretty much most parts of the body.
Thank you for your question and for sharing your photos. Based on the photos, you do have great density in the area. There is definitely scalp show based on the way the hair is parted. While you can certainly add density there by adding transplanted grafts (I would not do more than 500 grafts), I would recommend that you consider other options such as PRP or exosomes to increase the thickness of your existing hairs and perhaps awaken some of your dormant follicles. I would recommend that you visit a practice that does both surgical and non-surgical approaches for hair restoration.
Thank you for your question and sharing your photo. Everyone has a cartilage structure that defines the tip of their nose. This can be altered surgically to refine the tip to narrow the tip of the nose. This will provide a nice long lasting solution. Alternatively, you could consider a non-surgical approach which builds up the dorsum and tip of the nose to give the illusion of a narrower profile to the nose. It won't be as pronounced a change, but may give you enough of change that you are happy with if you are not quite ready for surgery at this time. I would visit with a board certified plastic surgeon who offers both surgical and non-surgical options to see what works for you.
Thank you for your question. We have the ability to treat multiple body regions in the same day. You are correct that each area requires about a 30 minute treatment. You also benefit from treating the same body area twice a week for two weeks for a total of four sessions, but you can easily add more treatment sessions to enhance your results. We have treated all the areas you have inquired about in the same day and even used two devices at the same time to cut down on the overall treatment time. I would seek a practice with experience in treatment multiple areas in the same visit for a consultation.
Thank you for your question and sharing your photos. A non-surgical approach may help your concerns. There may be ways to use fillers and/or muscle relaxers like Botox to either diminish the degree of muscle activity with the smile, or limit the impact of the smile muscles on the tip and nostrils. I would recommend visiting with an experienced plastic surgeon who is familiar with the anatomy of the smile and familiar with the concepts of myomodulation (softening/enhancing the muscle function) using either muscle relaxers or fillers.
Thank you for your question. FaceTite and it's smaller sibling AccuTite is a great option for those with some unwanted fullness in the face/neck region and/or those with mild to moderate degree of tissue laxity. Most common areas treated are the jowls and double chin area, but you can also treat the cheeks, upper/lower lids, brow region, etc. While it does help a little with skin texture, you can enhance the results by adding Morpheus 8, which is a radiofrequency microneedling device. It does not, however, treat skin pigmentation. You may want to consider combining AccuTite with an IPL treatment or resurfacing laser treatment which may help with pigmentation. I would visit with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area that has several options to offer so you can determine which option(s) is the best for you.
