Round 190cc right, 165cc left moderate profile or teardrop 175cc moderate profile right, 205cc low profile left? (Photos)

Question

Hii, Could I get some advice? I want to get a small breast augmentation and I've visited 2 surgeons so far. I trust them both but they give me 2 completely different advices on implants. One surgeon told me to get 190 cc round moderate profile in my right breast and 165 cc round moderate profile in my left breast. He told me he only works with round implants because if it goes under the muscle (like in my case dual plane) it will take a teardrop shape due to the pressure the muscle gives on the implant. The other surgeon has advised me to get teardrop implants. On the left side 175 cc moderate profile and on the right side 205 cc low profile. The difference in profile is something I've never heard of before and on the internet I can't really seem to find people who have gotten that done. But this doctor has over 30 years experience so that is something to keep in mind for me that he knows what he's doing. He told me he thinks 2 different profiles would be right for me to make my breast even and because one of my breasts has a little more width. Now I really don't know what to choose for myself. I'm an AA cup now and I want to get a natural looking B cup with a bit of upper pool fullness. I'm scared of going too big since I'm very skinny and I want something that will fit my frame.

Choosing the right size and profile breast implants for you. Hi there,
For a natural B cup with a little upper fullness, I'd lean toward smooth round implants. Both of your surgeons are giving reasonable advice, so this isn't a case of one being wrong.
A few things worth knowing. Round silicone implants settle with gravity when you stand up, so under the muscle they take on a sloped, natural shape on their own. Teardrop implants are built to keep the top flatter, which works a bit against the upper fullness you want. Teardrops also have to be textured to stay in place, can rotate, and textured implants carry a small link to a rare lymphoma (BIA-ALCL). Smooth round implants avoid both of those issues.
Using slightly different sizes on each side is common and completely reasonable for asymmetry. The more important detail is matching each implant's width to each breast, so ask both surgeons how they're handling the wider side.
My best tip: go back and try the sizes on in a sports bra and a tight shirt, and ask about 3D imaging such as Crisalix so you can see both plans on your own body. An in-person exam is needed for personal advice, since your measurements and tissue matter more than the brand or shape.

I prefer round implants rather than tear drop.  Tear drop implants can rotate and not be in the correct position.

Your photos show very slim breasts with little tissue and a small difference between the sides. I agree with the first surgeon: under the muscle in a dual plane pocket, a round implant takes a natural sloping shape on its own, so an anatomical implant adds no real advantage and brings the risk of rotation, which shows as a distorted shape. Correcting a small asymmetry with different volumes on each side is reasonable, but using different profiles on each side makes the two breasts project differently, which is hard to match. For a natural B cup with some upper fullness on a slim frame, I would consider a moderate plus profile rather than moderate, as it gives a little more upper fullness in the same width. Collect photos of results you like on women with a similar frame and show them to your surgeon; that is more reliable than choosing by numbers.
