Will getting Botox before or after Ultherapy hinder collagen stimulation or distribution since the injected muscle can't contract anymore? Any known side effects with getting these two procedures performed?

One day after the procedure, I had some tenderness to the touch in a jaw area that is better today. No bruising or swelling. Yesterday afternoon though I started to have a weird feeling, and it's spreading to more areas today. If I scratch my forehead in a specific place I feel a weird sensation at the top of my head, as if I feel the nerve. Today I also have it in my jaw area, if I move a skin in one place I feel it in another. Is it the tingling feeling that is described as a side effect?

I'm 4 months into ultherapy, and let's just say, if volume loss were to happen, when will it show? I already have some undesired side effects and mild volume loss under eyes and around the nose. But please I need to know when (if) any major changes will happen. I know most of you will say it doesn't cause fat loss, but if it were specifically used to target fat loss, when will I notice it? I'm asking because I'm desperate. I've read reviews online that some people noticed it after 4-6 months.
