Hi. I was wondering which procedure is better for tightening the skin on the neck and jawline? Also, which one has the least side effects? I have read about fat loss and nerve damage from ulthera, and it concerns me. Thank you.

Ultherapy is a great treatment for skin tightening of the neck and jawline.  Keep in mind, a combination approach would give the most improvement. I recommend Ultherapy with RF treatments, lasers, microneedling/PRP or sculptra to get increased collagen, tightening and improve skin tone. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with an expert. Hi,There are a lot of different modalities out there, and each would have its own ups and downs.  It is hard to recommend without a picture or exam. The best procedures so far that I like due to the results provided are Radiofrequency procedures. I love Inmode technology Fractora or/and, FaceTite, and NeckTite. It is less painful than Ultherapy and has a better skin tightening result from what I have seen. The Facetite treatment is done by a surgeon who knows anatomy and would avoid high risk areas, to minimize any risk of damage.
