Tummy Tuck + Vagina Q&A

I keep hearing rumors that tummy tuck surgery causes your vagina to permanently become dry, is this a true side effect? It's really deterring me from getting one.

I had my tummy tuck 5 years ago. Never have I experienced vaginal puffiness and pain to the touch until the procedure. What is this? When I touch the right side of the vagina it hurts if I put my finger on the lip of the right side that hurts as well. I had one doctor prescribe birth control and told me that I experience this because i'm ovulating. I've had a hysterectomy so how?

I had a friend who stated her husband was unsatisfied in bed after she had a tummy tuck because the feeling for him wasnt the same. The vagina went from cushy and soft, to bony and hard. Is these results common? Is there something we can do post op to prevent this issue?

I had a TT 1 week ago & just today I noticed that my vaginal walls are swollen & even seem to be prolapsed to an extent. I have been constipated but have recently started having bowel movements. I do not strain because of my procedure. This is odd to me & I never have experienced this. I have 2 kids, my youngest was born 7 mths ago, & still today is the 1st day of my life that I have experienced this. It does not hurt & really only protrudes out when I use the restroom.

I got my TT today. I noticed that I have the sensation to pee much sooner than pre TT. My bladder usually can hold a good amount. Not so much today. I'm sitting her thinking about the theory aa to why. I came up with pressure. Less room in my lower abdomen. My vagina is down there also, soooooo...... Am I on the right track? It will also make my vagina tighter. 

I will like to know if after getting a tummytuck if the pubic area change or does it get a lift or if there any changes

Im now 7 weeks post op having had a tummy tuck Ive had swelling throughout but recently it has worsened and the area below the scar and above my vagina is hard, swollen and tight. It feels full, like I am storing fluid. I can feel pea lumps when I touch it. Im concerned about this considering I had surgery to improve the look of my stomach.
