I've had significant weight loss and the pubic region of my vagina has extra skin on it, I've been wanting to get a Mommy makeover surgery, and I am wondering if the tummy tuck would pull skin upwards from the pubic region and help the extra skin down there.
Answer: Tummy tuck and mons Typically an abdominoplasty removes not only excess skin of the abdomen but also tends to rejuvenate the mons area. Careful marking must be performed such that the incision is ultimately located in the right area but the goal is to remove all of the excess skin of the abdomen while at the same time tightening the mons area creating a more youthful look. Answer: Tummy tuck and pubic lift. It depends on your anatomy and the surgical plan but yes, the pubic area can be lifted with tummy tuck. I do this routinely and remove fat as needed as well. Be sure to ask your plastic surgeon about this during your consultation.

In some cases it actually obstructs easy urinal voiding and coitus. When the pubis is lifted most woman have better clitoral access and hence better orgasms.
