I had my first Kybella treatment 16 weeks ago to my jawline/neck area, no problems but the normal swelling etc Yesterday I had a 2nd round - injected to the area on jaw at the end of my mouth Since then, normal swelling, but I am unable to whistle, rinse w wash, form the letter f or o, q or u without distorting my face. Like a stroke victim Is this normal, temporary, will it go once the swelling goes, is there anything I can do to aid my recovery and get back to normal. Should I be alarmed?
Please look at my picture. This is all in a matter of 2 weeks. 2 vials of kybella under my chin and its ate away at the sides of my face and totally deformed me! I Want to crawl in a hole and hide. How do I get my face back? Could Kybella have caused my teeth to shift
I got Kybella May 9th. My chin was swollen and I have the bullfrog look on my neck. I put the gel and kept ice packs on it like my instructions said. Today it is still swollen but you can tell it's going down. I was wondering if there was something I could do to help the swelling. Thanks!
I had my second injection of Kybella done almost two weeks ago and I'll be trying to get pregnant after this last injection. Would two weeks be enough time for the acid to be mostly gone from the body or should I wait longer? I noticed that it's been almost two weeks now and the area is no longer tender and the swollen is gone. Thank you
I just found out I am 6 weeks pregnant. Two weeks ago I had Kybella injected into my chin and am now concerned about the potential impact on my then 4-week pregnancy. I know there hasn't been many studies on this so any input from the community of doctors is greatly appreciated.
I have kybella done tomorrow will be two weeks ago. Its still very tender to touch and swollen. Soon after I had it done I started getting dizzy. When I lay down or turn my head i get very dizzy. Is this normal? I feel more dizzy than normal today and the doctor did not tell me if any side effects.
its been two weeks since my second round of kybella. they were spaced six weeks apart. i had it done by a dermatologist that was listed on the kybella website. im still swollen and my doctor told me not to worry. is it possible that i was incorrectly injected? is it possible that i wont return to my baseline?
