Numbness after Kybella treatment is common and not to worry. There is usually much swelling after each Kybella treatment and the swelling and numbness will resolve spontaneously. The same numbness occurs following submental liposuction.

This numb sensation is typically resolved within 4-6 weeks, and is not considered a complication of Kybella and is very common. Give it some more time and upon further concern, see an expert. In order to enhance the results of Kybella I suggest adding thermage, ultherapy, exilis, and ThermiRF treatments to your post care regimen.

thankyou for your question.Numbness after Kybella  is very normal and it can last upto 4 weeks . I have some patients that still feel sensitive after the 4 weeks. All very normal so nothing to be concerned about

Kybella (Deoxcholic Acid) is the first non-surgical, FDA approved injection to reduce submental fat. Some of the side-effects include bruising, swelling, redness and numbness. Side-Effect may last upwards of 4-6 weeks. 
  
I would advised you to follow up with your Expert injector if numbness does not subside.
