I got juverderm ultra in my lips 4 weeks ago. The healing swelling went down in about 4 days and it flared up again 2 weeks later. I got a script for prednisone and it went down in 2 days. 2 weeks later again I got another flare up which has been quite painful and tingly feeling. Both times the swelling has happened, it has been one side of the bottom lip the first day, then the top lip one side the next day and the bottom goes down. What could this be? No itchiness or heat
I had Juvederm injected into the bridge of my nose a year ago to conceal a bump. Now, its starting to feel kind of odd and tingly. If she hit a nerve or there was possible tissue necrosis, wouldnt it have happened before the one year mark?
I got my lip injection in April of last year a few months later my lips started to tingle a few months later. They will tingle if I drink cold drinks or just randomly it has gotten better now it went from tingles everyday to once every 2 weeks. Is this normal?
Had 1ml Juvederm filler 5 weeks ago. Bottom lip, left side is burning/tingling sensation constantly sore when touched. It looks/feels like the filler has seeped lower then my lip into my skin. Seeing my injector next week have been told this is a normal occurrence. Bottom lip is now uneven and told the filler will be taken out and I need to pay for more. Wanting opinions, i feel she has made my lips uneven, Ive been told you signed the paper, you have to pay to fix it. Is this normal practise?
I had a Lip filler with Juverderm a week ago I had brushing that went away after 4 days But I started to feel tingling sensation in the corner of my bottom lips also the is a spot of bruise under lips started 4 days ago . Should I be concerned?! Is it normal to fill tingling a week after filler?!
Got .5cc Juverderm Voluma 3 months ago. The injector inserted cannula in 1 area in each cheek. She really struggled to get product in & hurt my left cheek. The area inflammed, sore & discomfort for first 4 weeks then constant dull pain with intense stabbing pain & tingling, crawling feeling. Diagnosed with infraorbital nerve damage. My 2nd opinion Aesthetics Surgeon said the cannula looked like it was inserted too high? Could this be true? (Insertion point still visible in picture)
Hello, I had juvederm ultra plus injected into my lips (0.5 ml) a little over two weeks ago. Every morning I notice my lips feel and look fuller and slightly swollen. After an hour or so they go back down to normal. Is this common? I also feel a slight twitching/tingling in my bottom lip from time to time. This never happened before the juvederm. Could this be related to the juvederm and is this something to be worried about?
I had filler done to my cheen for about two weeks ago and i started bruising on one side and felt tingling sensation and numbness after a few days. Is it possible that the nurves in that are is damaged?is there anything i can do to get rid of this? should be worried?
Hi there! I had lip filler done two days ago with Juvederm. Upon injection my upper lip blanched and turned blue. My doctor immediately recognized it as a vascular occlusion and within 40 minutes he used two vials of hyaluronidase to remove the occlusion. I am not in severe pain however, the corner of my upper lip is tingly and numb. I cant tell if this is severe bruising or the start of necrosis. I booked in with him for this afternoon to check but I want more opinions. Thank you.
Being injected with Juvederm on the upper right bridge of nose could cause nerve damage that effects the eyes with a burning sensation or cheek and middle forehead area? Could a nerve in the nose affect those areas? What nerve would it be? Pic above is injection site. Tingly and burning around eyes. Tingling in middle forehead and cheek area. Look forward to hearing back ty
