Non surgical nose job with Juvederm. Can you get nerve damage?

Question

Being injected with Juvederm on the upper right bridge of nose could cause nerve damage that effects the eyes with a burning sensation or cheek and middle forehead area? Could a nerve in the nose affect those areas? What nerve would it be? Pic above is injection site. Tingly and burning around eyes. Tingling in middle forehead and cheek area. It is unlikely to cause nerve damage, but there is a risk of vascular occlusion. Based on your description, I recommend following up with your injector today. If you're unhappy with your final results, you can have it reversed with hyaluronidase and try a different technique next time. Although direct injection of nerves can cause persistent pain, a greater risk in this area is intravascular injection which also can cause pain, loss of tissue and even blindness.  Injection of this area should be done carefully and judiciously and after understanding the risks.  In this instance it may be helpful to carefully inject steroid and hyaluronidase with a small amount of bipivucaine, followed by massage.
