Hello, in my recent gynecomastia surgery, too much tissue was removed behind the nipples (leaving indents), and under one pec, giving it a triangle shape instead of round when looking from the side. I have attached photos. Is this issue normally fixed through revision surgery, or will it somehow fill out with time.
it's been about 6 weeks since my surgery. I had lipo/excision done. I am worried about the results as it looks like my chest does not look like it has gone through surgery and still seem cone shaped . My chest feels very soft when i press around the nipples. i don't feel any lumps except right around the incision area. Is it ok that the chest feels soft and squishy? I also feel pain and discomfort, and the area is extremely sensitive. my doctor is in another state so i can't go to see him.
I have struggled to tone my stomach/lower abdomen & lose the remaining fat. My chest I also cannot shape and tone around the nipple area. I follow a clean nutritional eating lifestyle and exercise on average 5 times a week. The way I look effects me personally & I am frustrated I cannot achieve my desired results as I have been very dedicated for a long time and feel my results don't represent my efforts. I would like to achieve a more athletic physic
So Im currently 6 months post op and my left side is looking really good but my right side just looks fattt and doesnt have the same shape as my left one. I am right handed so I figure my right pec is larger but I just feel like there is still plenty of fat that can removed. How likely is this to change over the next 6 months? Is there hope for my right pec to become more like my left? Please help any answers much appreciated!
Hi, My gyno was from pro hormones that I took when I was about 18. Fast forward to now, at 25, I finally had the proceudre done on Tuesday. During my consultation, the Dr told me an excision (around the nipple) would be done and lipo to sculpt/contour. After the surgery he told me an excision was not needed, that VASER did enough, that removing more glad would have caused it to lose shape and be more flat. Ive read tons of articles and see mixed reviews on VASER helping the gland. Thoughts?
It's be 1year after my gynocomastia surgery a now I fell pain in my right chest below nipple an I feel som hard muscles their form ..? But when I consult my doctor he said it is just a blood clot .an it will be restore to its old an flat shape within weeks he said to me .an I use to go to gym .so might it happen while lifting weights or due to gynocomastia surgery it causes cancer
I just had surgery yesterday by one of the top gyne surgeons in the country (as far as his reviews tell). I noticed today after taking off the bandage, that I still feel a part of the gland, precisely at the upper borders of the areolae that has the donut shape I've had before surgery, but this time only the upper half or third. Is this a standard technique in this surgery? I know that often some gland is left behind the areola to avoid a crater deformity, but is it done like that?
This is my condition after 55 days, crater can be seen. The right side is weird. My surgeon says it will get better with time but i habe doubts. I need your comments on my condition. Should I wait more or need some procedure to be done? Please advise on how I can improve my condition?
Sir, I had 1st liposuction surgery in July-14 for my left side gyno which didn't give any result and size grown more with puffy nipple! I informed my surgeon about that ineffective result so after 1 week of my post visit He said corrective surgery is required, so the 2nd surgery held after 6 months (last week), this time surgeon cut my nipple & removed so much gland (tumor) afterwards my nipple looks very weird. I am concern whether it can come in proper shape? or am I screwed, please guide. Tnx
