Too much tissue removed at the time of my gynecomastia surgery - will this fill out or should I consider a revision? (photos)

Hello, in my recent gynecomastia surgery, too much tissue was removed behind the nipples (leaving indents), and under one pec, giving it a triangle shape instead of round when looking from the side. I have attached photos. Is this issue normally fixed through revision surgery, or will it somehow fill out with time.
