Without pictures, it is hard to indentify the best course of action. Take note that there are myriad techniques to improve the appearance of scars, with the right one depending on the type of scar one has--e.g., keloids, hypertrophic scars, dark marks, etc.

Thanks for the question. After 6 weeks your surgery area is totally healed and yes you can return to normal life and also do other activities. I wish you all the best.
