Hello doctors I hope to hear hopefully some positive news I am approaching 2 years after gynocomestia surgery I will hit 2 years in December 2019. The photos basically speak for themselves I am regretting getting the surgery I have scarring all over my chest and a collapsed nipple is there anything I can do about the scars? I got an acid shot on the nipple and it did not work. Is there any procedure I can do for both the scars and nipple thank you.
I'm a 46-year-old male who had gynecomastia surgery 2 years ago and have been dealing with hypersensitive nipples ever since. It hurts when I touch them and during cold temperatures. Is this common or should I be worried? Anything I can do to improve it?
Hello, I had Gynecomastia surgery 2 years ago. It did not heal right and now looks worse than pre-surgery. I can feel keloid inside with mild pain when I apply pressure. It's way bigger than the other side of my chest. The outside keloid doesn't hurt at all. Is there a way to fix it? Will I ever get my chest back? ( I've seen some seen some before and after Gynecomastia surgery pictures with no scar at all).
I had gynecomastia surgery 2.5 years ago. Sometimes my right nipple is puffy, and they both still appear through shirts. Does it appear there is gland left? I'm not sure if it's fat, muscle development, or glandular tissue. I had a follow up with my surgeon about it recently, and he did the pinch test and said it wasn't gland. But it took him less than a second to do the test, so I'm not sure he was thorough enough, and I'd like a second opinion. Thanks!
1st gynecomastia surgery April 2015 lipo and excision. Left crater in left, protrusion still on right side. 14days post revision op, crater on lift fixed. 100ml of fat removed from right, surgeon said he found thick hard scar tissue that he couldn't remove with cannula. Swelling has pretty much gone, leaving my nipple sticking out the same way as before with just less fat around it. The scar is very thick, hard and wide. What are my options? Injections? More surgery? I massage and wear garment.
I had a gynecomastia surgery (gland excision only) to correct my puffy nipples about 2 years ago, and there is a minor crater deformity since then in both sides of my chest; can losing or gaining weight or even going to the gym and focusing on my chest muscles reduce the severity of the deformity, or is a revision surgery the only viable option? I'm 1.82 m tall and currently weigh around 92 kg. Please tell me there is way other than surgery. Thanks in advance!!
I had my surgery almost 2 years ago and now I am dealing with my right nipple totally sucking in about 1/8- 1/4 when its warm and I flex or raise my arms, it is quite noticeable and is driving me crazy! Around 3 months ago I had a procedure done with my surgeon and he pretty much released the scar tissue with this needle tool. once all the swelling went away I was left with a slightly better issue. He seems to think that it is only tethering to the muscle but I think he just removed to much tissue.
Did 1st surgery in 2012 march tummy tuck/chest reduction and this April I did my revision on my scars and been still doing cutting diet and training. The second surgery was to reduce size of areola since they appeared too big and too MAKE SURE THEY ARE EVEN LINED. But it seems once again there uneven.... is it maybe because the other pec is shaped more risen due to muscle in that pec? seems there uneven and I don't want to perform a 3rd surgery for this. What could it be? any opinions?
i had a gynocoemastia surgery two years ago. Currently 90 Pounds but a few problems. My nipples look really bad. I want to have an shredded body but theres another problem. If you look at the picture you can see a difference in the left and right inner lower region(chest). the right part is full but my left lower region is extremely flat. if i work out and the shape of the chest grows in this pattern(uneven) i dont want to hit the gym anymore. or is there anyway i could correct this problem ?
