Nipple pulls in when I flex, can this be fixed? 2 years post op (Photo)

I had my surgery almost 2 years ago and now I am dealing with my right nipple totally sucking in about 1/8"- 1/4" when its warm and I flex or raise my arms, it is quite noticeable and is driving me crazy! Around 3 months ago I had a procedure done with my surgeon and he pretty much released the scar tissue with this needle tool. once all the swelling went away I was left with a slightly better issue. He seems to think that it is only tethering to the muscle but I think he just removed to much tissue.

Since the corrective procedure he tried didn't fully resolve the problem, you will likely benefit from some volume under the nipple.  This would be re-releasing the tethering, and placing some fat graft under the nipple.  This may need to be done more than once, but can be done under local anesthesia.

Sorry for your problem and though an examination is needed, you might benefit from grafting some tissue under the nipple to give it more projection Dr Corbin
