I had gynecomastia surgery 2.5 years ago. Sometimes my right nipple is puffy, and they both still appear through shirts. Does it appear there is gland left? I'm not sure if it's fat, muscle development, or glandular tissue. I had a follow up with my surgeon about it recently, and he did the pinch test and said it wasn't gland. But it took him less than a second to do the test, so I'm not sure he was thorough enough, and I'd like a second opinion. Thanks!
