Dear Humorous330053,I understand your concern. If you have enlarged glandular tissue, then liposuction won't be able to remove it all. However, without a proper assessment it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment. Only after thorough examination you can get proper recommendations and advice.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery

The fullness in the breast area, which men hate, is almost always due to a mix of glandular tissue, fat and fibrous tissue. Any type of liposuction, can only remove some of the fatty tissue. Almost all of the men, that i treat are very self-conscious and I believe, are better served, the by more aggressive direct excision. You do not have seromas bilaterally (both sides) 2 years after your liposuction. If you want them flatter, you will need to do a direct excision.david berman md
