Can losing significant amount of weight reduce a crater deformity that was a result of botched gynecomastia surgery? (photos)

I had a gynecomastia surgery (gland excision only) to correct my puffy nipples about 2 years ago, and there is a minor crater deformity since then in both sides of my chest; can losing or gaining weight or even going to the gym and focusing on my chest muscles reduce the severity of the deformity, or is a revision surgery the only viable option? I'm 1.82 m tall and currently weigh around 92 kg. Please tell me there is way other than surgery. Thanks in advance!!
