Hello, I am 34, one child that I breastfeed/pumped for a year and a half. Got up to 200 pounds during pregnancy/thereafter and up to a size 44DD bra. Now I think I'm a 36 DD and I lost about 70 pounds. I sweat extreme heavily and often get rashes under my boobs all year round. Im not sure what would be my best option but I don't want implant. I would like to avoid the anchor incision due to history of keloids and because of how I sweat. Any help, thoughts, and concerns are greatly appreciated.
I am not interested in implants. Growing up I had very large breasts. Though they have always been saggy, after losing weight they have been flatter resulting on more skin rubbing and more rashes than before. I have a hard time finding any bra that fits correctly, my skin rubs at the bottom, and if my breasts are lifted at the bottom I have bunched up lose skin at the top. I want more volume at the top and less rubbing at the bottom, but don't know if it's possible without implants.
I got a fungal rash under both breasts and just got treatment for it today. Will a plastic surgeon still perform surgery? There is no infection. I already paid for the entire surgery I am scared he will cancel it due to the this.
Good morning, Had a breast lift 15 days ago, on day 10 I got a rash around breast not on incisions. Went to dr in day 12 told me I was getting a reaction to the tape. They took them off and put me on a hydrocortisone cream. Didnt work on day 14 put me on gold bond cream. These creams since day 10 dont seem to be working. These are my right as left boob
the receptionist said to change my bra, and stop the cream. I have applied hydrocortizone cream twice a day for 7 days, but its still there (although much less severe), itching, and now the skin is peeling! Now The surgeon said I shouldn't stop the prescription cream, he thinks it was the bra but I'm afraid im allergic to the prescription cream, and the hydrocortisone is drying me out. should I start the prescription and maybe it will stop the peeling? Pix are from today 7 days from breakout
I am 13 day post op of a anchor style breast lift w/implants. At 10 days post op I developed this inflamed itchy, rash along the incision line mostly under my breast and around the nipple area. I took Benadryl for the itching and that helped. I am cleaning my incisions with wound cleaner, then applying triple antibiotic ointment and sterile gauze. I was told my stitches would dissolve and that I did not need to come in to have them removed.
The dr didnt know I have contact dermatitis and used Mastiol glue. How do you drs, treat it. I have been using today benadryl and 0.1% triamcinole Acetonide Cream. The rash is very red not itching but Im in my compression bra putting gauze all around the bottom. Can I get a steroid injection or just use the cream. Will this affect my healing. Its 7 days. My implants were 22 yrs old. Had en bloc and total capsullectomy with a breast lift. I
I am 22 (young), no children, breastfeeding, and I'm not obese. Yet my breasts are fairly large(34DD), sag low on my chest, and nipples go downwards. This causes bad rashes under my breasts due to skin on skin contact and I don't want to have to use creams to treat it my whole life. Can insurance cover a breast lift if the reasoning is to prevent these rashes?
Breast ptosis is making me feel so low & so down about myself. I can't wear low cut tops, swim suits, bras don't fit and causes lumps under my armpits as I have to have the straps as tight as possible to prevent sagging while wearing clothes & I have had this problem since I was 13 & had it for 7 years. I've a reoccuring rash which causes holes which pus, close up & reopen again which is suspected Hidradenitis suppurativa. What are my options & what has caused ptosis, as I don't want a reduction?
