Breast lift rash - What should I do? (photo)

Good morning, Had a breast lift 15 days ago, on day 10 I got a rash around breast not on incisions. Went to dr in day 12 told me I was getting a reaction to the tape. They took them off and put me on a hydrocortisone cream. Didn’t work on day 14 put me on gold bond cream. These creams since day 10 don’t seem to be working. These are my right as left boob
