I had surgery on February 7th and everything was normal until I noticed my incision on the left breast started to open and a little bit of dark blood started coming out but they said it was nothing to worry about... yesterday I woke up and a brown bloody and creamy ooze started to come out.. I went to the ER and my blood work didnt show any sign of infection and the ultrasound showed some liquid near to the incision (theres a hematoma right above the opened incision), Im on antibiotics
I had a donut lift Aug 16th the surgeon took me back into surgery for burn but I woke up to her opening and re-stitching my breasts to an apparent allergic reaction to the stitches? Stitches removed 9 days later then re-stitched by surgeons professor Sept 16th the switched opened up again about a week later I am no longer in contact with my surgeons tips advice? Do I need to get it stitched again?
I had a breast lift and implant 5 weeks ago. My right breast where all three incisions meet under the breast have become an open wound. The dr doesnt seem concerned. I havent had any fever so he assured me its not infected. He said its necrosis due to lack of blood supply. Question is is there any natural oil that can help speed up the healing of this spot (about the size of my tip of my pinky finger)?
About 2 weeks post op my breast lift incision starting opening at the scar line. The opening continued to get bigger and basically was an open wound. PS did not seem too worried and gave me ointment and gauze to cover. Will this opening ruin my scar? Is this typical in a breast lift? With the lipo before my belly button was not protruding outward and not it is. It that common?
Spitting stitches on both breasts after uplift. They started off as small ulcer looking sores which have now got a lot bigger and constantly weeping and bleeding. Been to my surgeon twice now who says this is normal?! Is there anything I can do to make this better and is this normal?
I'm 15 days post op.On day 3 i had a blood clot removed and some stitches opened to keep the wound draining. It has been 12 days now and wound is still seeping this clear slight pink yellow liquid, looks like there's a hole going deep into breast.in the meantime i also got a lot of nipple separation.I'm just out of hospital where i got iv antibiotics for 3 days.Im cleaning wounds with octenisept,applying bactigras for bottom of wound and dry dressing to the separations.anything else I can do?
Received a breast lift and reduction four weeks ago. Left breast is fine, right breast has some nipple healing issues but it's healing. Main issue is the incision under the breast. There is an open wound at the t junction which is slowly healing. The incision though is puckered, swollen and bumpy. There is also a hole at the end of it. The de pulled a stitch out ten days ago but no change. It leaks clear fluid and is very deep. Is my incision infected? Will the hole heal?
I had a breast lift revision 10/18/18, I have been very itchy from the first week of surgery, nurses have removed spitting stitches since second week after surgery , I havent seen my doctor bc hes always out of town or in surgery when Im there , could you all look at these pictures and tell me what you think? Ive been told to put Aquaphor on the open areas and keep covered by the nurses, Ive taken 2 rounds of keflex and now on cipro , but they say it doesnt look infected?
