Question

Received a breast lift and reduction four weeks ago. Left breast is fine, right breast has some nipple healing issues but it's healing. Main issue is the incision under the breast. There is an open wound at the t junction which is slowly healing. The incision though is puckered, swollen and bumpy. There is also a hole at the end of it. The de pulled a stitch out ten days ago but no change. It leaks clear fluid and is very deep. Is my incision infected? Will the hole heal?

It is not uncommon to see this in some patients.  Most important is to make sure you are not having any fever with this.  I would definitely contact your surgeon and send a photo in to them.  They will probably have you go in and have it cleaned to avoid any infections. Best of luck !

This is unfortunate but it is a relatively common occurrence after breast reduction. This is a point of increased tension in the closure and as such, it is prone to slow healing.
With some time these areas usually heal with minimal to no scarring.
Make sure you follow up closely with your plastic surgeon.

You certainly seem to be having healing issues with the right breast. Wounds will heal with time and if needed a revision of the scars can be performed. For now, you should follow up with your surgeon to make sure there is no infection, as well as instructions for taking care of the wounds.
