Open wounds 15 days after breast lift, what else can I do to help heal them? (photos)

I'm 15 days post op.On day 3 i had a blood clot removed and some stitches opened to keep the wound draining. It has been 12 days now and wound is still seeping this clear slight pink yellow liquid, looks like there's a hole going deep into breast.in the meantime i also got a lot of nipple separation.I'm just out of hospital where i got iv antibiotics for 3 days.Im cleaning wounds with octenisept,applying bactigras for bottom of wound and dry dressing to the separations.anything else I can do?

Thank you for your question and the photos you provided.  Although wound separation can be common after surgery, you want to have your surgeon examine you and help with wound debridements. You may end up seeing your surgical team weekly to help address this issue until it is resolved. Make sure your diet is high in protein if your body can tolerate. Try and avoid sleeping on your abdomen, and raising your arms as this may put excess tension on your wound. Good luck.
