I had a breast lift and implant 5 weeks ago. My right breast where all three incisions meet under the breast have become an open wound. The dr doesn’t seem concerned. I haven’t had any fever so he assured me it’s not infected. He said it’s necrosis due to lack of blood supply. Question is is there any natural oil that can help speed up the healing of this spot (about the size of my tip of my pinky finger)?

Answer: T-point necrosis The T point on an anchor scar following a mastopexy/lift is fairly common. This is an area of tension and decreased vascularity. Given time most go on to heal without issue. The concern, in your particular case is the underlying implant and the risk of contamination and infection. There does not appear to be any evidence of developing infection based upon your photos alone. However, I would recommend close follow up with your surgeon. I would discourage use of any "oil" outside of what your surgeon recommends. As always, discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon (ABPS).
