Do these open wounds around my areola look normal? Do they look infected?

Lovelife80
I had a breast lift revision 10/18/18, I have been very itchy from the first week of surgery, nurses have removed spitting stitches since second week after surgery , I haven’t seen my doctor bc he’s always out of town or in surgery when I’m there , could you all look at these pictures and tell me what you think? I’ve been told to put Aquaphor on the open areas and keep covered by the nurses, I’ve taken 2 rounds of keflex and now on cipro , but they say it doesn’t look infected?
