What options do I have to correct post-op breast-lift asymmetry, outside of a full revision? My left breast (5 months post-op) has settled about a half inch lower than the right and is a half in greater in diameter and circumference. This didnt seem to bother my surgeon, but it disturbs me especially when I wear fitted shirts. Right now, I wear a silicone falsy on only the right side when wearing a tight shirt. Thank you.
i have uneven breasts and im thinking about getting surgery to fix them however im not really keen on getting implants to correct this. Are there any other options?i was also thinking about getting a aerola reduction because they are quite large, but if i was to get pregnant in future would this be ruined?
I had a breast lift and I am truly unhappy with the results. I've always been a large breasted woman-- as a Teen I wore a 34F and that was barely fitting in the cup. I've always had fairly symmetrical breasts. I gained-- and lost weight plus had kids since then. I really needed a lift-- however-- six weeks out and one breast is almost square-- nipple is higher-- plus-- My breasts are tiny. Maybe a size 34 C. Maybe. Can the size and shape be fixed without implants?
50yo post breastfeeding, petite, 105 lb, 5'3. Had surgery 4 mos ago for h/o asymmetry & gr 2 ptosis -300 cc implants under each muscle. I now have waterfall effect. Larger breast still has gr 2 ptosis, other w/grade 1. Breast tissue sits at bottom of implant. When I bend forward in front of a mirror, I can see my breast tissue sagging in front of the implant. During a mastopexy can the surgeon remove excess tissue in the breasts, especially larger breast (which just has more sagging skin/tissue) to even out size/symmetry/sagging?
I recently 4 weeks ago had revision. I had a breast uplift with implants last year but the nipples were not symmetrical and my surgeon agreed to a revision to make them equal. However I cant see a difference at all, can I have some guidance as to how to proceed? I want to know your opinions on whether you think the breast will drop into place to be symmetrical. Im so down about it all so far costing me 10,500 for something I am not happy with at all. Please help!
my breasts (34H) have mild/moderate ptosis and some asymetry. I'm considering breast lift but dont want reduction. I was recently to surgeons consultation on other topic, and I mentioned breast lift. He said when he does lift on large chest he gets rid of 40% of tissue cause if not, weight will sag it again. did he mean that breast lift on large chest cant be done w/o reduction or that it's technically possible but he doesnt do it bcz of risk of sagging again? (he didnt examine me)
Hello. 7 months ago I had a vertical breast lift with areola reduction. I am unsatisfied with the shape of the breasts, scars around the areolas and the small size of the areolas. On one side the areola is 2 cm and on the other 3 cm. My question is whether the areolas increase during pregnancy and whether it is worth repeating Breast lift surgery before getting pregnant?
I have small breasts. Lots of sagging due to breastfeeding. They are asymmetrical due to feeding more on one side and also one side (my right) has some fibrocystic sections which i would like to have removed. Is this kind of procedure ok/safe with fibrocystic breasts and also would results without implants be good enough with my sized breasts? Health conditions exclude me from being able to get implants. Thanks
hello. I am thinking about a second breast lift but my nipples are 19 -19.5 cm from the collarbones and it seems to me that they are already too high. I would also like to correct the asymmetry of the breasts and areolas (one areola is only 2.4 cm and I was thinking about maybe whether to stretch it with the help of an operation). And how long after the first operation can a second one be done?
