How long after my initial breast lift can a revision be performed? Unhappy with asymmetry and high nipples

Anna685
hello. I am thinking about a second breast lift but my nipples are 19 -19.5 cm from the collarbones and it seems to me that they are already too high. I would also like to correct the asymmetry of the breasts and areolas (one areola is only 2.4 cm and I was thinking about maybe whether to stretch it with the help of an operation). And how long after the first operation can a second one be done?
