You should wait a minimum of 6 months between procedures. Your breasts have bottomed out meaning the most of the breast tissue is below the nipples. You might consider a support mesh like Galaflex or Durasorb to hold tension off the breast and skin.

Hello, Dr Sedat double board certified plastic surgeon from Istanbul, Your nipples position is quite normal. The main problem is glandular tissue position is too low and lack of upper pole fullness. I think an autoaugmentation technique ( Auto- augmentation technique, which means your own tissue is prepared like an implant and fixed to the upper part of the pectoral muscle fascia from inside and gives implant effect and gives upper pole fullness) or an implant would be an option. At least 6 months after first operation you can have revision.

I recommend waiting six months from the date of surgery to undergo any breast surgery. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape you breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery.

The problem is your breast is very low on your chest so that means the footprint must be raised and occupy the most aesthetically position in between the 3-6th ribs so that means to re-do the whole procedure and create strong support to the inframammary fold towards the 6th rib.
Ideally 6 months after the prior lift. Súper important to know which pedicle was used.

You have some bottoming out of your breasts, and this can probably be addressed 3 months after the first procedure. Once the lower breast is lifted back into place, you will probably see that your nipples are in the correct position. You may need mesh for better support. Please discuss your concerns with your surgeon.

From your photos it appears you are a good candidate for a revision. The shape and nipple position can be improved.
