Health conditions exclude me from getting implants. Would I benefit from a breast lift alone?

I have small breasts. Lots of sagging due to breastfeeding. They are asymmetrical due to feeding more on one side and also one side (my right) has some fibrocystic sections which i would like to have removed. Is this kind of procedure ok/safe with fibrocystic breasts and also would results without implants be good enough with my sized breasts? Health conditions exclude me from being able to get implants. There are no known health conditions that would preclude you from breast implants that wouldn't also exclude you from an elective surgical procedure like cardiopulmonary disease or uncontrolled diabetes. Autoimmune diseases or allergies, for example, are not a contraindications. Fibrocystic breast tissue should not be resected; there is no increase in risk in breast cancer.

Yes, you'd be a good candidate for a breast lift.  If you want more volume you might consider a fat transfer which can add volume to your breasts without implants.

Thanks for asking this question! It is incredibly common to be experiencing the changes you describe after pregnancy. Depending on your specific goals, a breast lift with autoaugmentation may produce changes that would make a difference for you. This is where we perform a breast lift and instead of removing tissue at the bottom of the breast, we re-arrange it so that this tissue sits underneath the breast and can create some extra fullness. This isn't the same effect as an implant but it does create a fuller, more lifted appearance to the breast. It can also be tailored to remove some tissue on the larger side so that you have more symmetry after the surgery.

I suggest you start reviewing mastopexy before, and after pictures to get an idea of what breast lift results look like.
A breast lift, a.k.a. mastopexy will raise your nipple areola complex, so it sits at the more appropriate level. It tends to not give fullness in the upper part of the breast and intense to give someone flattened appearance to the breast.
If you want to slightly increase the size of your breast, the breast fat transfer could be an option. The results from fat transfer is subtle in comparison to implants. Fat transfer also is not particularly good at giving projection, or changing the shape of the breast. Implants are ideal and giving breaths projection and restoring volume in the upper half of the breast.
Breast fat transfer, including the Liposuction associated with it has a high degree of variation in regards to plastic surgeons, having or not having skill in experience.
In the hands of the wrong provider, the procedure can give disappointing results. In the hands of the right procedure, it can give a nice improvement, but in addition to mastopexy could give a very nice final outcome.
Mastopexy surgery is fairly straightforward. The same cannot be said for Liposuction and fat transfer. Liposuction and fat transfer. Is Haily provider dependent in regards to getting quality outcomes. The number of plastic surgeons truly mastered breast fat transfer is relatively limited.
I think it’s always a good idea to get multiple opinions and vetting multiple providers before choosing a plastic surgeon. This is especially true for Liposuction and fat transfer.
Regardless of what procedure you choose the app, I suggest relying onion person, consultations canister, each consultation ask each provider to open up the portfolio and show you their entire collection of before, and after pictures of previous patient who had similar body characteristics to your own. An experienced provider should have no difficulty showing you the before and after pictures of at least 50 previous patients. Being shown a handful of pre-selected images, representing the best results of a providers career is insufficient to get a clear understanding of what average results look like in the hands of each provider or how many of these procedures they’ve actually done. In reality, highly experienced surgeons should have access to hundreds or preferably thousands of before and after pictures. 
The biggest mistake patients make is having one consultation and then scheduling surgery. Patient should take responsibility for vetting plastic surgeons regarding skills and experience. When in doubt, slow down and schedule more consultations. There’s no correct number of consultations to find the right provider. For most straightforward and simple procedures three or four consultations is probably sufficient. For operations that has a high degree appreciation Five or more consultations may be necessary to find the best provider
