Hi I had breast lift and implants done 6 months ago my recovery in the beginning was great but 3 month post opp I began to experience a tear under my left nipple build up of yellowish liquid I believe was seroma which I was given antibiotics for abut Im now 6 months post and same thing is happening to my right breast in the same place as left breast my surgeon is no help and I just dont know what to do as it comes and goes heals then gets worse
I had a breast lift with 250 silicone implants 6 months ago. Everything healed beautifully. Last Thursday (3/28) I wore a high impact sports bra. I wore the same type on Friday. I've been running quite a bit. Friday night the underneath of my left breast was very tender. Today it hurts constantly and there is a spot on my incision that looks kind of like a blister. It looks white and I'm very worried. Mostly because of how painful it is. Its not red around the area and I do not have a fever.
Originally had 400cc saline under the muscle implants. 6 months ago had a Breast Lift with 435cc in my left and 415cc in my right silicone smooth round moderate implants over the muscle, to correct capsular contracture on the right breast and make them the same size. I am so unhappy with the results and when I asked my doctor, he just put me on singular and moncycline and told me to massage the left more. Is this the best outcome I can hope for? I feel like I need a revision.
Ive had my breast lift with implants about 6 months ago, one of my breasts had a lift with an implant and the other only had an implant. When I lean to one side with a bra on or bend forward there seems to be sagging of the skin in the nipple area. In other words my skin on my breasts doesnt feel tight enough, when standing upright they look fine. I was worried about this as its not what I was expecting. I was wondering if this is a normal occurrence. Attached photos Thanks!
I am 6 months post op, I had 350cc silicone implants over muscle. My cleavage skin area is raised & not flat. When i lay down it is flat and looks like i have two breasts whereas when i am standing the skin is raised and looks like my implants are close together like i have uniboob. When i press the area down its clear the implants are seperate, the skin flattens, then raises back up especially when i wear a support bra. My surgeon said itll go down, be patient but surely I am already healed?
I had a fantastic outcome with my first lift with implants .Almost a decade later and 2 unplanned babies.. I repeated with a different doctor the same procedure except my implant size was increased 200 cc each, and stratice was used. 6 mo out, the shape of my breast appears to still look boxy and my right breast has an indentation that looks more Obvious as time goes on. It looks like extra skin and fat is bunched up and hanging off my implant. What is happening?! $20k wasted
Had a periareola uplift with implants just over 6 months ago. Easy recovery and great results until around 4 weeks post opp, I noticed a small blister forming near the incision area of one breast. Over the last 6 months this has been going through cycles of blisters, open wounds and healing (not always the same wound but same area) ive been in regular contact with surgeon and told it will heal with time but would like a 2nd opinion on why this is happening and what to do?
About Me: Underwent breast lift with implants in early May 2023 Had issues with blisters/ open wounds post op but fine for the most part now Appear to be experiencing blotchiness/ discoloration/ redness/ rash around incision areas, despite using scar gel as directed 29 years old, healthy Have hashimotos but in remission On .5 ozempic Taking accutane Balanced, nutritious diet and active Is anything Im doing interfering with my healing? Is this an internal issue or external irritation?
I'm 35 years old, 5'8 ft weight 178 lbs. I have lost 50 lbs within a year. I got surgery about 6 mos. ago (Mommy Maker) I told my PS I wanted full frim DDs cup. Post op I notice the position of the nipple is resting on top of the full part of the breast they aren't facing straight out but facing upward, nipples are now inverted, breast are fuller but have no full lift. Do I have to get a revision and go bigger to have breast lifted or does the PS needs to tighten the skin on the breast? Pre -op 36D, post -op 36 DD implants 305cc under the muscle. Didn't lose any more weight.
Info: 45 yr old female, no children, 55 and 165lbs at time of surgery, lost 70 lbs before surgery. Severe breast ptosis and no upper pole volume, C bra size pre-surgery. Surgical procedure: Breast lift with bilateral 600cc gummy implants 6 mos ago. Issue: My highly rated plastic surgeon agreed pre-op that my expectations of achieving breast fullness and a lift to have better cleavage gap was realistic. I dont have that & they sit low. Why? I was assured.
