I had a mommy makeover on December 21st, 2023. I followed post-op instructions the way I was suppose to. One of them was I couldn’t wear a breast band because I had a breast lift with implants. On my first post-op appointment since surgery (a month later), they saw my breast and they said I can start massaging it and to keep wearing my surgical bras. I kept up with my post-op appointments since then due to another complication (tummy tuck bulge), and they keep telling me my breast are fine.

From the submitted photos it does not appear that larger implants would be needed. A lift (assuming you have a standard lift and not just periareolar) will remove excess skin and raise the position of the nipple. The result will be an improvement in shape and ptosis.
