I had a breast lift with 250 silicone implants 6 months ago. Everything healed beautifully. Last Thursday (3/28) I wore a high impact sports bra. I wore the same type on Friday. I've been running quite a bit. Friday night the underneath of my left breast was very tender. Today it hurts constantly and there is a spot on my incision that looks kind of like a blister. It looks white and I'm very worried. Mostly because of how painful it is. Its not red around the area and I do not have a fever.

Your breasts are sagging some, so the lift would look best. However, you can choose to have just the augmentation with the implants probably in front of the muscle. Long term, however, you may sag even more with the weight of the implants.
You won't be able to look like the other two ladies since they had no lift. Plus, if you stay very active, I suggest going down in size. Placing the implants behind the muscle and a lift is your best option.
One breast sags more than the other breast now. You could just have an augmentation, but you still might sag more on one side than the other. The lift on the lower breast might be the best option.
