Hmmm.. I'd go and see your surgeon. That area seems thin and concerning for either suture spitting or thinning of tissue that covers your implant. This region is a tension zone for implant surgery combined with breast lift. Best Wishes!!

Unfortunately, that is your implant. You have a very short period of time to fix this problem in an operating room. If you do not get there in time and the implant is exposed, you run the risk of infection or capsular contracture if a surgeon tries to put the implant back. This is as close to an emergency as you can get without it being an actual emergency.

You should see your surgeon to determine if there is a thinning of the tissue in that area that could potentially expose the implant.

Please call your surgeon's office and ask to be seen. You do not want your implant to show through. Stop running for now.

The photos you posted warrant a visit to your surgeon. This potentially could be your implant coming through which would require quick intervention. If your implant is exposed you run a high risk of infection and may require an implant exchange.

Based on your nicely post of photos, that is potentially implant exposure. Must go see your surgeon ASAP or seek board-certified Plastic Surgeon evaluation possible need revision of scar or eggplant with new implant placement with drain.
