Could I be experiencing capsular contracture 6 months after my breast lift? (photos)

I had an implants put in 10 years ago. I got a lift 6 months ago and were told the implants were fine to leave and not be replaced during that time. So I decided not to switch the implants out. But now 6 months after my lift, it looks like sagging already and possibly capsular contracture? Do I need to replace my implants now?? I’ve included before my lift with implants already in. An after photo and a photos while I flex and they look worse.
