Breast Implant Revision + Fluffing Q&A

Have my 6 month postop apt next month but want opinion of whether I may be bottoming out or just fluffed. Didn't get huge implants so could be my anatomy, could be that my surgeon didn't do the scars on the fold on purpose, but could also be from an over dissected pocket. Think I am in the clear from capsular issues but want to add I get zingers quite a bit, nips hurt sometimes, in AM/PM after no support or drinking! Do implants still need a lot of time to drop after a 3rd implant exchange? From 485 to 650? Or would the drop and fluff be much faster ? Thanks

Looking for opinions on if my situation islikely to see the nipple position take up to a more natural position or not with my specific circumstances. I have had follow up with my surgeons office today and they advised that time will tell if the bottom skin stretches out to allow the drop to happen in the lower pole (lifting the nipple) or if the upper skin will stretch and we will see a drop happen with the nipples remaining lower on the breasts.

Do breast implants generally appear quite small immediately after breast augmentation or breast implant exchange? And do they show up and appear larger as they drop and fluff?

Replaced 13yr old 400cc HP silicone implants in March. New surgeon went with inframam incision w/ 375cc moderate+ as I didn't like the projection of my old HP implants. I'm 7 months post op. Right implant fluffed almost immediately after surgery and noticed it slowly lowering over the last 5 months..feel pressure when no bra. The left side is still high w/ mild pain. Didn't have these issues w/ old implant. I plan to call my surgeon for a follow-up apt. Curious to see what options are?

How long does it take the second time around for implants to drop and fluff? Will they get softer faster or still take weeks?

I had my revision surgery from 225 cc to 450cc two days ago. They are smaller than I expected. They are over the muscle. Will they fluff? I was so worried about going to 450cc, but now Im wondering if I actually went too small. Thanks!

As soon as I arrived home we realized that one side was super swollen compared to the other. I have 300cc implants under the muscle. Had my second surgery one week later. They drained 150cc of blood cleaned the pocket and sterilize the implant. Is it normal to have such swelling at 9-8 weeks after my surgery. Also that side has not dropped or flushed yet. Pec muscle is still really tight. swelling comes and goes just depends on what I do that day.

I am 2 months post op and got under the muscle.. when your boobs completely settle, do they appear larger or rounder? Or do they get smaller? I liked my boobs when they were swollen but they have gotten so small. How soon can I get a revision to go bigger? I am 5'0, 106 lbs, 375CCs MP+, wanting to go 450-500cc high profile

Is there much swelling after an implant exchange? I already have sub muscular implants that will exchanged Monday. Im going just a little larger. Will they have to top and fluff since I already have a pocket? Thanks a bunch!!!
