7 months after replacing implants. Possibly bottoming out on one side and CC on the other. What are my options? (photos)

It is very difficult to give you good advise without in person evaluation; hardness and tightness are always associated with breast contracure, which may be reason for skin sagging. It is best to discuss these issues with your surgeon and/or seek in person second opinion consultation. Good luck.

The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size.While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.

The dropped implant is sitting somewhat low and needs to be raised. The front view of the other breast looks like the implant is in a good place, but you only posted one view. Please discuss your concerns with your surgeon.
