I had 380cc high profile implants last October however one of my breasts had an infection just after and its now larger and drooping Ive been offered either removal and swapping them to over muscle or else an uplift and reduction in the larger one. Im aware Id need 2 surgeries to fully correct this however Im not sure if maybe I had them swapped to over Id be more happy with my result as they go to the sides and one looks like its slipped out the pocket.
I had a breast augmentation in October 2023. Before surgery, I was a small 36C bra. I wanted to stay a C cup, add volume, have more round and perky breast and fix the asymmetry. My left breast is larger than my right breast. The doctor put in 440cc in each breast. I am D on the right side and DD on the left. I feel like these breast are too large and drooping. Will a breast lift correct the problem to make them smaller and asymmetrical or do I need to change the implant to a smaller size as well
I am very concerned about the size and high riding position of my left breast implant and am contemplating a revision. The deformity is causing the appearance of a droopy left breast versus the right and an obvious nipple height asymmetry. The fold position seemed symmetrical pre-op, but the left fold post-op is approximately 2cm higher than the right. What are the possible causes of this, and the possible treatment options to ensure a symmetrical result. The implants are 320cc moderate low.
I had a breast augmentation over 6 months ago now. The left breast healed and did it's drop and fluff very quickly. The right breast took forever to heal, the wound reopened several times and they had to use medical staples and re-close it multiple times. There was a seroma and drainage as well at the beginning. A drain was installed and that helped healing. The right breast has now been healed for over 3 months but it droops and clearly isn't the same size as the other.
About a year ago my right breast started to droop in an unnatural way (nipple down first), as compared to the right. I am also experiencing a fold at the bottom and the size of my right breast is now smaller than my left. Neither breast feels extra firm and I am experiencing zero pain; both breasts feel the same as always. My implants are under the muscle and around 12 years old. I was thinking capsular contracture but they aren't feeling extra firm.
Im almost 12 month post op, 200cc moderate plus under the muscle, my breasts appear really droopy, do you think this is a waterfall deformity or because they are moderate plus profile? What can I do to get them corrected?
In 2022 I had a lift and implants, 320cc. 2 mo. after surgery I noticed that it looked like I was never given any lift, or had snoopy boob (surgeon said bottomed out). I waited a year, went for revision, had lift, galaflex & kept the same implants. Now 7 months later and it looks the same. What is going wrong? Surgeon said bottoming out but they don't look full at all and still droopy. Can I ever get them to not droop or am I doomed?
I had my first breast aug. 5 years ago above the muscle and developed rippling immediately. Last year I had revision surgery to change pocket position from above to below the muscles with a breast lift. I already had asymmetric nipples but after the surgery they look so different. My right breast is droopy, the implant higher and the nipple is low and the left nipple is way higher with a different shape. Both boobs have strange folds too. Would it be enough to lift the right breast a bit more??
I had small 180cc breast implants 6 years ago. I was naturally a D cup prior with very minor sagging. My implants now look extremely droopy and one is suddenly slightly smaller than the other, does this look normal? Should i make an appointment with a surgeon for a revision? My original surgeon is all the way in thailand and i am in australia.
