Breast implants have drooped significantly, possible rupture? (Photo)

Question

I had small 180cc breast implants 6 years ago. I was naturally a D cup prior with very minor sagging. My implants now look extremely droopy and one is suddenly slightly smaller than the other, does this look normal? Should i make an appointment with a surgeon for a revision? My original surgeon is all the way in thailand and i am in australia.

You will need a breast lift. Depending on how the implants were placed, you may benefit from a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.

First question:  Do you have saline or silicone implants.  If silicone, they do not change in size after a 
                          rupture
Second:  It appears that your breasts have become ptotic (droopy) which is the normal progression 
                 with age. 
It is difficult to assess your breasts from the single photograph and description.  It seems that your right breast may have a bit more upper pole fullness and hanging a bit more laterally (which may be due to your rib anatomy).

You require a physical exam (go to a local board certified plastic surgeon locally for their opinion).

Your implants may be fine, but you need a lift. I would suggest seeing a surgeon in your area for better follow up care.

180's are tiny implants so almost all of you we see is your own tissue. Implants don'tdroop but your own tissues do so you might now need a full breast lift. Check with a local Board Certified plastic surgeon.
