'Bottoming out' usually refers to the implant position relative to the breast mound being too low. In both your surgeries it appears that the implant was and is riding too HIGH. In the last pic of your breasts in the three quarter view, the implant's upper edge can be seen well above the nipple, while the lower breast mound is looking empty. There is virtually no tissue sag. If what I'm seeing is correct, you need a surgery to let the implants settle down and into your breast mound. I'm terrible sorry.

Naturally, your breasts sit low on your chest and the bases of your breasts cannot be moved. The nipple should be in the middle of your bases. If the nipples are placed too high, they will pop out of your bras and swimsuits. Going larger is not a good choice since you will just thin and sag more. Sagging breasts, as yours were initially, do not hold well on their own. Some fat could be added to the lower part of your breasts for a little more fullness and less weight.

In all your photos, you can see numerous stretch marks on the breast skin. This means that you have extremely weak and poorly elastic skin. Not your fault and can't be repaired. This puts absolute limits on what you can achieve from implants and lifts. With Galaflex, second surgery and the fact that you cannot hold pencils under the breasts in the final photo, you might need to accept that this is as good as it gets. But you should always seek in person second opinions but be sure they show you pictures of folks like you with long term results you like.
