Revision turned out like the first. What is going wrong? (Photo)

In 2022 I had a lift and implants, 320cc. 2 mo. after surgery I noticed that it looked like I was never given any lift, or had snoopy boob (surgeon said bottomed out). I waited a year, went for revision, had lift, galaflex & kept the same implants. Now 7 months later and it looks the same. What is going wrong? Surgeon said bottoming out but they don't look full at all and still droopy. Can I ever get them to not droop or am I doomed?

No. the implants can be removed and sometimes a lift can be done. However, fat is not placed in the pocket where the implants were, but into actual breast tissue. Fat is living tissue and needs to be inside living tissue to fine blood supply and live. Also, the tissue should not be a disturbed...
You appear to have a little sagging of one breasts which was not addressed with this last procedure. Right now, just based on the photos you provided, I do not see bottoming out. Please discuss your concerns with your surgeon.
