Hi - it is difficult to make an accurate assessment on these photos, but your case is likely to be relatively complex as it involves revision surgery and likely a combination of implant exchange and uplift. This can be carried out in 2 stages if required, or may be combined. I would consult a plastic surgeon with a practice focussed on aesthetic / reconstructive breast surgery.

You might try tightening the lateral pockets first and see if you like that more natural look. If not, then do the lift.

Your situation is fairly complex, especially considering you had a previous infection.
Your preoperative pictures show your breast, pointing to decides and being moderately divergent. If that’s what you’re natural anatomy, looks like then augmentation is going to follow that same pattern.
