380cc high profile, 1 breast had an infection & is larger & drooping, removal or uplift? (Photos)

I had 380cc high profile implants last October however one of my breasts had an infection just after and it’s now larger and drooping I’ve been offered either removal and swapping them to over muscle or else an uplift and reduction in the larger one. I’m aware I’d need 2 surgeries to fully correct this however I’m not sure if maybe I had them swapped to over I’d be more happy with my result as they go to the sides and one looks like it’s slipped out the pocket.

It’s a good result. I would want to graduate the distance from the lower edge of the areola to your inframammary crease. It should be 5 or 6 centimeters. If it’s longer than that it would explain the low lying appearance. It’s simple to shorten that length if needed

You'll need a narrower implant, which means a high profile device. You'll need a pocket revision (capsulorrhaphy with mesh) so that the new implants sit higher. Finally, you'll need a revision lift.
