I’m almost 12 month post op, 200cc moderate plus under the muscle, my breasts appear really droopy, do you think this is a waterfall deformity or because they are moderate plus profile? What can I do to get them corrected?

Some women, even in the best surgeon's hands, make capsules. I would try oral Accolate and external ultrasound treatments now to see if you can get improvement. If a third surgery happens, then go with smaller implants.
Your implants are beginning to bottom out from the weight. I would suggest going smaller and tightening the lower pocket. You might even need mesh for support. This happens when tissue does not support the weight of the implants. To prevent it from becoming worse, always wear good supporting bras.
