In which countries can I get 1600cc silicone breast implants? (Photo)

You might find a country in which this is possible, but everything we know about breast implants tells us that this would not be a good idea.

Any breast implant over 350cc is generally considered a large implant, and I note that you already have 400cc implants in.Going up to a 1600cc custom made implant is an unusual request, and I wonder why this is something you might want to do, and what result you feel it may achieve.From a skin and soft tissue perspective, I feel it would be an unwise decision, as it will ultimately lead to thinning of your skin and breast tissue, weighing down of your breasts (which will drop and droop significantly) and most likely result in significant back ache.The best thing to do would be to consult with another plastic surgeon if you would prefer not to see your original plastic surgeon.Good luck
