Recently had a revision augmentation, wanting to go 1-2 cup sizes bigger but still natural looking. Was 350cc over the muscle (32E), replaced with 500cc low profile implants. PS said 550/600cc looked too stretched when tried in surgery. Unhappy with the new shape: little projection, no cleavage & no bigger. Would like another revision. Could anatomical high profile 600cc over the muscle give me desired size increase whilst looking more natural than round implants? See photo "boob inspo" idea.
Answer: Going Bigger Good morning!Your plan sounds appropriate, but to achieve your goal photo I do not believe simply going up 100cc is going to do it- perhaps 700cc?I have attached a link to my XL (600cc and above) Breast Augmentation photo gallery for your review- hope it helps!

Answer: Best breast implants for me (revisionary breast surgery)? Thank you for the question. Although it is not possible to provide you with definitive advice without an in person evaluation, most patients are able to "go larger" at some stage, once the breast tissues have expanded. Sometimes, during this revisionary surgery, adjustment of the breast implant capsules is also necessary to achieve the desired outcome. Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering revisionary breast augmentation surgery (regarding breast implant size/profile selection) is: 1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you are looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work. 2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals. In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. I have found that the use of words such as “natural” or "D or DD cup” etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful. Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate. 3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals. Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery ( after the use of temporary intraoperative sizers). Viewing the patient's chest wall in the upright and supine positions, with temporary sizes in place, help select the best breast implant size/profile for the specific patient. I hope this helps. Best wishes.

Answer: Will 600cc anatomical tear drop implants over the muscle give me natural looking larger breasts? Revision needed. It would be hard to determine which implant size would be best for you without an in-person examination. The size, shape, and texture of implants would depend on various factors, such as chest wall measurements, tissue elasticity, your desired results and the technique and skill of your surgeon. A same sized implant would look different on two individuals.

Answer: Implants There a studies that compare the look of a round versus an anatomic shaped implant. Time and time again the shape of the implant doesn't matter. Your Inspo photo exhibits a very large implant with a high profile. It is sometimes not possible to achieve the appearance you desire, your augmentation looks natural, if you desire a fuller upper pole pf the breast then you require a higher profile implant.

Answer: Deciding on #breast implant size Hi anon. Thank you for your question and photos. If you would like to achieve the kind of result in the "boob inspo" photo then around 600cc Teardrop High profile would get you closer to this. The definite size and placement( over of under muscle) would need to be determined by your measurements and tissue thickness in the upper part of your breasts. With this size implants you should consider the extra weight and I would recommend the light weight, B-Lite implants which are 30% lighter than standard silicone implants. Less weight will mean less stretch of your tissues and reduced sagging over the years. Hope this is helpful. Good luck.
